29 CFR Part 37 Implementation of the Nondiscrimination  and  Equal Opportunity Provisions of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. Section 188 of WIOA "prohibits discrimination on the grounds of  race,  color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, political affiliation or belief,  and for beneficiaries only, citizenship or participation in a WIA Title I­-financially assisted program or activity".

Title VI, Civil Rights Act of 1964 - No person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national Origin, be excluded  from  participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964  - (a) It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer to (1) fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise discriminate against any individual with respect to his/her compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin."
