Policy Dissemination
The Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity is responsible for disseminating the Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Policy Statement.
The Deputy Secretaries, Executive Directors, and Bureau Directors are responsible for reasserting and reiterating, as appropriate, the Limited English Proficiency Policy within their organizational areas.
The Department's LEP Program Contacts designated by individual Bureaus, Offices, and Programs will ensure that grantees and sub-grantees, contractors and sub-contractors statewide attain awareness of the LEP policies department-wide and externally.
