Fee Schedules
The 2017-18 Administrative Code, signed by Governor Wolf on Oct. 30, 2017 (Act 40 of 2017), is now in effect. This includes several updates to the Bureau of Occupational and Industrial Safety’s fee schedules. Language in Act 40 tied BOIS fees to the Consumer Price Index (CPI), with an annual review to occur. Based upon this review, BOIS fees have been updated, with the new fees becoming effective on October 30, 2021. Please refer to the links below for each program to view the updated fee schedules.
