Public comment opens on April 3, 2024 and runs through 5 p.m. on May 2, 2024. Send comments in writing to ra-li-bwda-policy@pa.gov.

This policy establishes procedures for local workforce development boards, or LWDBs, to negotiate and reach agreement with the commonwealth on Local Workforce Development Area, or LWDA, levels of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I programs primary indicators of performance. An explanation of the criteria to be used in assessing program performance is also included.​
