  • Registered Apprenticeship combines work experience with related classroom instruction to create a highly-trained, skilled workforce.

  • Employers develop an on-the-job training program, and choose related courses that best suit the needs of the trade.

  • Most programs last about 4 years, but range from 1 to 6 years. A minimum of 2000 hours of OJT is required.
