• Take I-79 S to Exit 116B to I-80 W toward Sharon.
• Take Exit 4A to merge onto I-376 E toward New Castle.
• Take Exit 15 to merge onto 1-376 E toward Pittsburgh.
• Take Exit 39 (Monaca/Shippingport) to merge onto PA-18 N/Frankfort Road toward Monaca.
• At the first light turn left onto Beaver Valley Mall Boulevard.
• Turn right onto Fairview Drive. Take the first left onto Beaver Valley Mall.
• The Mall is at the top of the hill.
• Enter the Mall next to Rural King.

From North (Wexford):

• Take I-79 S toward Exit 78-77.
• Merge onto PA-228 W/Mars Road toward Cranberry/US-19; continue to Freedom Crider Road.
• Continue onto Lovi Road/State Route 2006.
• LoviRd/State Route 2006 turns slightly left and becomes 9th St. Exd.
• Continue onto 9th St/S R 2000.
• Turn right at 3rd Ave.
• Take the PA-65 S ramp to Rochester, merge onto PA-65 N/Ohio River Boulevard.
• Take the exit toward PA-18S/PA-68 E. Rochester.
• Merge onto Ohio River Boulevard, slight left at Pleasant Street.
• Turn left at Monaca-Rochester Bridge, continue onto 9th Street.
• Turn right at PA-18 S/Pennsylvania Avenue.
• Turn right at Golfview Drive.
• Turn left at Lombardy Street.
• Turn right toward Beaver Valley Mall.
• Take the first left onto Beaver Valley Mall.
• Enter the Mall next to Rural King.

From South (Washington PA):

• Take I-79 N toward Pittsburgh.
• Take exit 59B to merge onto I-376 W/US-22 (Parkway West) toward Airport.
• Take Exit 39 for PA-18 N/Frankfort Road toward Monaca/Shippingport.
• Turn left at the first light onto Beaver Valley Mall Boulevard.
• Turn right at Fairview Drive.
• Take the first left onto Beaver Valley Mall.
• The Mall is at the top of the road.
• Enter the Mall next to Rural King.

From Pittsburgh:

• Take 376 W (Parkway West) to Exit 39 toward Monaca/Shippingport.
• Turn right onto PA-18 N/Frankfort Road.
• Turn left at the first light onto Beaver Valley Mall Boulevard.
• Turn right at Fairview Drive.
• Take the first left onto Beaver Valley Mall.
• The Mall is at the top of the road.
• Enter the Mall next to Rural King.

From East (Harrisburg):

• Take 76 W (toll road) to Exit 57, I-376 W/US-22 W (Parkway West) (partial toll road) toward Pittsburgh.
• Keep left at the fork to continue toward I-376W/US-22W and merge onto I-376W/US-22 W (Parkway West).
• Take Exit 39 for PA-18 N/Frankfort Road toward Monaca/Shippingport.
• Turn left at the first light onto Beaver Valley Mall Boulevard.
• Turn right at Fairview Drive.
• Take the first left onto Beaver Valley Mall.
• The Mall is at the top of the road.
• Enter the Mall next to Rural King.

From West (Ohio):

• Take 76 E (toll road) from Ohio to PA to Exit 10 toward PA-60/New Castle/Pittsburgh.
• Continue straight.
• Merge onto I-376 E via the ramp to Beaver/Pittsburgh (partial toll road.)
• Take Exit 39 (Monaca/Shippingport) to merge onto PA-18 N/Frankfort Road toward Monaca.
• At the first light turn left onto Beaver Valley Mall Boulevard.
• Turn right onto Fairview Drive.
• Take the first left onto Beaver Valley Mall.
• The Mall is at the top of the hill.
• Enter the Mall next to Rural King.
