Notice of Fact-Finder's Report |
Fact-finder William J. Miller, Jr., issued a report in the matter of the employees of the Port Authority of Allegheny County.
The Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board has received official notice that the report has been accepted by the Port Authority of Allegheny County and rejected by the Port Authority Transit Police Association.
55 P.S. Section 563.2 of the Second Class County Port Authority Act provides for publication of the findings of fact and recommendations of appointed fact-finders if one or both of the parties reject(s) the report within fifteen (15) days of its issuance.
