COVID-19 Workers' Compensation Fee Schedule Information
Effective for dates of service on or after January 1, 2020, there are new CPT/HCPCS codes in the Part B Fee Schedule for payments relating to the COVID-19 testing and supplies (87635/U0001/U0002/G2023/ G2024/T5999). There are no rates currently established for these codes, so please refer to §127.102 of the Medical Cost Containment regulations regarding payment.
Effective for dates of service on or after April 1, 2020, there are additional new CPT/HCPCS codes in the Part B Fee Schedule for payments relating to the COVID-19 testing and supplies (86328/ 86769/ 87426/ 0202U/ 0223U/ 0224U/ U0003/ U0004). Only HCPCS U0003/U0004 have rates, all other codes do not have rates currently established, so please refer to §127.102 of the Medical Cost Containment regulations regarding payment
On September 8, 2020, AMA announced that there are (2) additional new CPT/HCPCS codes relating to the COVID-19 testing and supplies (86413/99072). We have included these codes in the Part B Fee Schedule, however there are no rates currently established, so please refer to §127.102 of the Medical Cost Containment regulations regarding payment.
