• Exit #19 to Harrisburg/State Capitol
• Route 283 North
• Route 83 South (left-hand exit)
• Second Street exit (Second Street is one-way)
• Continue on Second Street and cross over Forster Street
• Proceed 5 blocks to Reily Street
• Turn right onto Reily Street
• Continue to 3rd traffic light
• Left onto 6th Street and go ½ block
• Right into parking lot.
• Office is a 2-story terracotta red stucco building w/ blue trim

FROM THE WEST VIA PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE:

• Exit #16--Carlisle
• Route 81 North
• Front Street exit
• On ramp—bear right onto Front Street South
• Drive on Front Street for 3 miles
• Left onto Reily Street
• Continue to 3rd traffic light and
• Left onto 6th Street and go ½ block
• Right into parking lot.
• Office is a 2-story terracotta red stucco building w/ blue trim

FROM 15 SOUTH:

• Route 15 South
• Route 22/322 East (will pass the Farm Show complex on right)
• Bear right onto MaClay Street
• Left onto 6th Street
• Drive on 6th street for .5 miles
• Turn left into parking lot
• Office is a 2-story terra cotta red stucco building w/ blue trim

FROM 15 NORTH:

• Cross the Harvey Taylor Bridge into the city
• Go to the 5th traffic light
• Left onto Commonwealth Ave (becomes 6th street).
• Continue straight thru 2 traffic lights
• Right into parking lot
• Office is a 2-story terracotta red stucco building w/ blue trim

FROM 81 NORTH:

• Route 81 North
• Front Street exit
• On ramp—bear right onto Front Street South
• Drive on Front Street for 3 miles
• Left onto Reily Street
• Continue to 3rd traffic light and
• Left onto 6th Street and go ½ block
• Right into parking lot.

FROM 81 SOUTH:

• Cameron Street Exit (will pass the Farm Show complex on right)
• Bear right onto MaClay Street

Visitor Parking:

• Visitor spaces are marked on the pavement. There are 4 accessible spaces for drivers with disabilities.
• If there are no visitor spaces available, the security guard in the lobby will direct you to parking, or you may park on the street.

Upon entering the building:

• Sign in with the guard.
• The guard will call the person you are meeting, and you will be directed to the appropriate office.

• Stay in the far left lane; it is a 3-lane road

• OVR is on the right; it is a white building at the end of the block.

Visitor Parking

• Drive pass the OVR building; then turn right into parking lot.
  Note: If you go through light (4th & Linden Street), you passed the parking lot
• Park in lot

Building Entry

• Go in the door marked “Office of Vocational Rehabilitation” & “Office for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing”
• Sign-in with receptionist

• Take Exit 183A & go east on West 12th Street.
• Proceed through 14 traffic lights until you see Holland Street.
• Turn right onto Holland Street and go one block to 13th Street
• Turn right on 13th Street & immediately turn right into the parking lot.
• Walk across 13th Street to the building entrance (square archway).
• Go up a flight of steps and through two glass doors. Walk straight to the elevators
• Take elevator to the third floor.
• Turn right and walk down the hallway.
• You will see " Office of Vocational Rehabilitation".

FROM ROUTE 19 (Peach Street):

• Route 19 North into the City of Erie.
• Turn right onto West 12th Street, and go 3 blocks
• Turn right onto Holland Street and go one block.
• Turn right onto 13th Street & immediately turn right into the parking lot.

• Inform receptionist you are visiting ODHH
• Sign-in

• Exit # 146 at Bedford.
• Take Route 220 North to Route 56 West.
• Proceed 27 miles to intersection at Eisenhower Blvd.
• Turn left onto Eisenhower Blvd. for 4.6 miles (will see green HGAC sign).
• Turn left at traffic light onto Route 403 South (stay in right lane).
• Go straight up small hill & at stop sign turn right.
• At traffic light, turn left onto Goucher St.
• HGAC is 1.5 miles on left.

FROM THE SOUTH VIA PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE:

• Exit #110 at Somerset. Follow the road to second light (Center Street).
• Turn left on Center Street and drive 2.5 miles.
• Take Route 219 North to Route 403 North (Davidsville/Hollsopple exit).
• Follow Route 403 North thru Davidsville to 3rd traffic light.
• Turn left (St. Andrew’s Church).
• Go straight up small hill & at stop sign turn right.
• At traffic light, turn left onto Goucher St.
• HGAC is 1.5 miles on left.

FROM THE WEST VIA ROUTE 30:

• Follow 30 East to Route 711 North through Ligonier.
• Continue on Route 271 North (approximately 13 miles) to Johnstown (Westmont area)
• At traffic light, turn right onto Goucher St. (will see green HGAC sign).
• HGAC is 1.1 miles on right.

FROM THE EAST VIA ROUTE 22:

• Route 22 West through Ebensburg to Route 219 South.
• Route 219 South to Route 56 East (Windber exit).
• Stay on Route 56 East to 3rd traffic light.
• Turn right onto Eisenhower Blvd.
• Drive for 4.6 miles (will see green HGAC sign) & turn left onto Route 403 South (stay right lane)
• At traffic light, go straight and up small hill & at stop sign turn right.
• At traffic light, turn left onto Goucher St.
• HGAC is 1.5 miles on left.

FROM THE WEST VIA ROUTE 22:

• Follow Route 22 east to Route 56 east.
• Drive on 56 East (approximately10 miles) to traffic light at Fairfield Ave.
• Turn left onto Fairfield Avenue and continue to next traffic light.
• At light, turn right onto "D" Street ("D" Street becomes Goucher Street).
• HGAC is 3.5 miles on the right.

FROM THE EAST VIA ROUTE 30:

• Route 30 West to Route 219 North.
• Route 219 North to Route 403 North (Davidsville exit).
• Follow Route 403 North thru Davidsville to 3rd traffic light.
• Turn left (St. Andrew's Church).
• Go straight up small hill & at stop sign turn right.
• At traffic light, turn left onto Goucher St.
• HGAC is 1.5 miles on left.

Upon entering the HGAC Lobby:

• Sign in at the Guard’s desk.
• Then, proceed to the ODHH office.
