Counsel Corner

Counsel Corner is presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Disability Services Committee and will offer attendees the opportunity to ask attorneys general legal questions in various practice areas including: Social Security disability, estates, wills, powers of attorney, special needs trust, custody and divorce, employee rights, general criminal law, employment discrimination, and harassment and police misconduct.

Madelaine N. Baturin, Esq.

11:30 a.m.- 3 p.m.

Madelaine N. Baturin is an attorney in private practice who has represented clients for more than 20 years in different legal matters including civil and criminal. She is the current chair of the PBA Disability Services Committee (formerly Legal Services to Persons with Disabilities Committee) and is active on other committees of the Dauphin County Bar Association.

Andrea C. Farney, Esq.

9:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.

Andrea Farney is a founding partner of TRIQUETRA LAW ®, a plaintiff’s law firm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, focusing exclusively on employment law, civil rights, and appeals. Debra K. Wallet, Esq.

9:30 a.m. - noon

Debra K. Wallet is a solo practitioner in Camp Hill. A graduate of Gettysburg College and Dickinson School of Law, she focuses her practice on Social Security disability and wills and estates. She is a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Disability Services Committee.
