Exhibitor Registration Packet
On behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Office for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing invites you to be an exhibitor at our Hearing Loss Expo 2016 in Camp Hill, Pa. The event is on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 from noon to 7 p.m. and Nov. 3, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg. The Expo is two days; with that being said, exhibitors are being asked to participate on both days. Secondly, to keep the event fresh, to provide something for everyone, and to outreach to as many people as possible, this year the expo is featuring two new activities: a youth program for transitional age students, and interactive workshops with hands-on activities where participants will get a glimpse of what it is like to function in a world not designed for people who are deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing.

The Hearing Loss Expo is an excellent opportunity to network, educate, and socialize. Join us in November to be a part of this statewide expo and showcase your organization! Exhibit space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis; the expo has space for 100 exhibitors. To exhibit, please review the exhibitor packet. The packet includes the following documents:
By Sept. 21, 2016, please complete and submit the exhibitor registration form, directory form, utility order form, and your audio visual order. This gives ODHH and the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg time to best accommodate your exhibit needs. Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation letter via email.
